Django HttpResponseRedirect does not execute logic in model?
Here's my view.

When I do, for example, something like view_with_params('users'), the view_with_params is executed successfully, but the HttpResponseRedirect does not work.

It's because HttpResponseRedirect sets the headers (and so the location response header, which normally follows the Location header in the response headers) to go back to the redirected page.
